Executive Chef
DESCRIPTION
​As the head of the kitchen, the executive chef see to it that the everything is on the right track. He/She is tasked, not only to maintain but also to improve the quality of the food. Their domain ranges from the measurements up to the presentation. We are looking for creative and responsible executive chef that can bring up our company to a notch.

As the second in command, the sous chef's main job is to manage and supervise the internal affairs in the kitchen. Their main job is keeping tab on the company's stock and orders. They are to also aid the staff in preparation and production. We are looking for am innovative employee with the initiative to act.

DESCRIPTION
Pizzaiolo, which translates to "dude who slings pizza", is also known as pizza maker. Their sole job is too make pizza in line with the Paparacheezy's policies and recipes. They are expected to manage simultaneous steps from the baking temperature up to kneading the dough. Consistency of the pizza quality must be ensured. We are looking for two (2) passionate and dependable pizzaiolo.

Maintenance Staff are the one who ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area . They also helped in operating and preparing the machines and tools. Their main job is to maintain sanitation and flag machines that are in need of repair. We are looking for a hardworking production utility.

The team will consist of Human Resource staff and other Production staff. With this, we can show and judge efficiently.

The preliminary screening's main purpose is to efficiently filter and set aside the promising candidates by scraping off the unqualified ones. The contents of the resume will be the main basis while the minimum requirements for the position will be the measuring tool for the screening.
